Gussey Sews

Gussy Sews came about when Gussey, a girl from Minneapolis in America lost her job and decided to take up sewing to pass the time despite having never used a sewing machine before. The business grew and now she makes nappy bags, make up cases, purses, i-phone cases and lots more. She has recently added kindle cases to her line and this constant adapting to new products ensures her work is current and relevant. So many people now own an iphone and when i got mine i found it difficult to find a nice case which was easy to open (i used to spend so much time trying to get past the button on my first case that i used to miss every call!) so this could be worth looking into as i don't want to go too widely into accessories as this is a totally different field. My iphone case also fits my digital camera which really captures the multi-purpose quality about my beach to BBQ garments. Obviously you'd only be able to use it for one purpose at a time but i think i could reach a wider market by selling cases for both phones and cameras. All the brands i keep seeing such as Gussey Sews and Oppsidaisi sell gorgeous products but out of fabrics that have been bought in which makes me feel confident that my products will have another USP in that i have designed the fabrics for their purpose.
